MARIA RAE’S ALFALFA SPOUT ROLL UPS

 

 

 

Flour Tortillas

Alfalfa Sprouts

Mozzarella Cheese cut in slices

Avocado, diced

Tomatoes, diced

Maria Rae’s Level One, Two, or Three Salsa

Garlic Salt

 

Spray non-stick skillet with non stick spray and heat.  Sprinkle garlic salt in skillet and put in flour tortilla.  Place 3 slices of cheese in the middle of tortilla.  Heat just until cheese starts to melt and bottom is beginning to brown.  Take tortilla out of skillet and quickly put on alfalfa spouts, avocado, tomatoes and about 2 Tablespoons of Maria Rae’s salsa. 

Starting at one end roll tortilla and slice in half.  Serve with Maria Rae’s salsa.

 

Several years ago a friend of ours grew the absolute best alfalfa sprouts.  Maggie developed this receipt and we became addicted.  One summer we made them every day for lunch.
