GARBARGE BURRITOS

Ground Beef, cooked

Refried Beans, heated

Grated Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese, mixed

Shredded Lettuce

Tomatoes, Diced

1-pkt Maria Rae’s Dip This Seasoning

8-oz Sour Cream

1-jar Maria Rae’s Level One, Two, or Three Salsa

1-pkt Maria Rae’s Holey Guacamole! Seasoning

Prepared Cheese Sauce

Prepare Dip This according to package directions.

Prepare Holey Guacamole! According to package directions.

Heat non-stick skillet or griddle and put in 1 flour tortilla.  Layer the tortilla with the ground beef, refried beans, grated cheeses, lettuce, tomato, Holey Guacamole! And Dip This.  Put on a microwave safe plate.  Fold in side edges and starting at one end, roll up.  Heat for about 1-2 minutes in the microwave.  Pour warm cheese sauce over top. 

Serve with Maria Rae’s Salsa and Maria Rae’s Original Tortilla Chips.

It’s been 18 years since we had our restaurant and we still get requests for these.  They were the favorite lunch item, hands down!  I hope you like them as much as the people of Enid, Oklahoma do.
